TERMS OF SERVICE (ADOPTABLES)

TOS
- You can't say you drew the adoptable from the original artwork.
- Once you buy it, the design it's completely YOURS.
- You can edit the character as much as you want/need.
- Personal and commercial use allowed.
- Refunds are not allowed, once you buy or participate on bid, you can't fall back, or else, you'll be black listed for future adoptables / commissions.
- The payment will be upfront via PayPal before sending the design without watermarks.
- You can gift, trade or sell the adoptable.BID TOS
- You cannot back out of a bid nor delete your bid when the auction is opened.
- You must respond and pay within 24 hours if you win the auction.
- You cannot back out of a winning bid.UNDERAGE BUYERSIf you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to purchase. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have received their consent.
I am not responsible of what you do if you're under 18, think about it well before buying something because THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS and I make no exceptions.When you buy or participate on a bid of one of my adoptables, you agree with my terms of service.
